MarkDavid Hosale's interests are interdisciplinary, but the connecting tissue
comes from thinking of art and music as a narrative. Particularly in understanding
how narrative evolves in contemporary society, while considering the influence
of technology and its non-linear means of representing time and space.
Having a background in music composition and theory, MarkDavid Hosale is currently
pursuing an Individual Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Media Art and Technology,
and Music at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Previously, MarkDavid
received an MM in Music-Composition and Theory at UIUC, and a BA in Music at
UCSB in the College of Creative Studies.
