Voices: Jeremy Haladyna and Leslie Hogan
The text of 2think Of Time is a series of excerpts from the poem, To Think Of Time, by Walt Whitman. 2think Of Time is a radio play as much as it is a work of electronic music. With the exception of a bell, all of the sounds are derived from the voices of Jeremy Haladyna and Leslie Hogan. Sound processing on the recorded voices and bell was used to create foreground, background, and middleground textures. The continuity of these sound elements manifest in an organic interplay of words and texture in such a way they become an environment for the poem to inhabit. |
